Paceleague ("Company") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

1. Information We Collect

• Required: Username (ID), Nickname
• Running records submitted by the user
• Health data accessed via Android Health Connect (with explicit user permission):
  • Exercise sessions (start time, end time, activity type)
  • Running distance

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account creation and user identification
• Providing and operating the service
• Generating rankings based on running data
• Preventing unauthorized use

3. Health Data

Pace League accesses the following Health Connect data on Android devices, solely with your explicit permission:

• READ_EXERCISE: Exercise session data (start/end time, activity type) — used to calculate pace, duration, and bonus Rank Points.
• READ_DISTANCE: Running distance data — used to calculate Rank Points and display monthly statistics.
• WRITE_DISTANCE: Writing distance data to Health Connect.

Health data is used solely for app functionality (ranking and statistics). It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes. Health data is transmitted securely to our servers and is permanently deleted upon account deletion.

4. Data Retention

Upon account deletion, your personal data is retained for 30 days to allow account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your prior consent.

6. Third-Party Processing

We do not currently outsource personal data processing to any third party.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
